The guide helps application leaders to identify suitable vendors

We are happy to announce that ProMark (under our former name Mark Information) has been listed as a Representative Vendor in 2021 Gartner® Market Guide for Workforce Management Applications Report [1]. This Market Guide will help application leaders to identify suitable vendors and we’re mentioned for our ProMark solution for the sixth consecutive year.

ProMark supports companies with time & attendance reporting, absence management, employee scheduling and task management, enabling them to simplify processes, ensure compliance and reduce costs.

According to Gartner, “By 2023, at least 99% of new WFM application sales will leverage cloud-based deployment models.”

To ensure that ProMark is a great match for customers’ IT landscape, wherever they are on their cloud journey, ProMark has been re-platformed to a cloud-hosted application, enabling both Public Cloud and Private Cloud deployment models.

“In recent years, we have put a lot of effort in developing ProMark to stay highly relevant within the complex world of Workforce Management requirements in an ever-changing world – both in terms of functionality, user interfaces, integrations and delivery options. Thus, we are beyond excited to be listed in 2021 Gartner Market Guide for Workforce Management Applications for the sixth year in a row”.

Torkel Olrik, CEO of ProMark

In addition to the cloud journey, we also see an increasing need for being able to manage hybrid working in many companies. With robust functionality, ProMark is well-positioned for supporting the new ways of working arising in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Thus, our mobile app supports employee time, project and absence registration as well as manager approvals no matter when and where they work to track progress on tasks in real time and provide validated data for payroll. Via self-service options, employees can indicate preferred working hours, wishes for time off as well as swapping/selling/taking on available shifts. And through integration with Outlook, the information on whether the employees work from home or are absent for various reasons becomes available for the entire organisation.
