You have the choice between 3 different customer success plans: Standard, Premium and Signature
Your customer success plan defines services and service levels to help you get the most out of your ProMark solution. Customer success plans are a part of the annual software licenses.
All ProMark 365 Cloud solutions are upgraded at least once a year to ensure that you are on a supported version of ProMark and can take advantage of the new possibilities offered in ProMark on a regular basis.
Standard success plan
With a Standard success plan, you will report and manage cases via our customer portal and have access to our service desk and technical support to keep your ProMark fit for you. You will be offered new software versions at regular intervals and correction of errors in software or configuration, in accordance with our contract.
Help with updates, review of your solution and status reports/meetings are additional services which we agree on separately.
Premium success plan
Signature success plan
Your designated Customer Success Manager will coordinate monthly status reports and meetings as well as an annual review of your solution. And you have the option to raise priority on 4 cases per month, which need special attention and faster feedback.
