Leading construction company Aarsleff digitizes their processes with ProMark

Aarsleff, a leading construction company in Denmark has spent years streamlining their processes through digitization.

As part of this optimization, Aarsleff and ProMark have partnered to develop specialized data collection on the construction sites. This means that the current timesheets, which are fundamental for managing the collective agreements and the compensation of employees, as well as reporting of the basis for invoicing customers will be digitized in the future.

The new process will minimize both errors and use of resources. The workers will record their time split on projects as well as any overtime, mileage, absenteeism and more using tablets.

At the same time, the foremen will get a better overview and easy access to manage their own employees. They will – among other things – be able to adjust and approve records and ensure that all necessary data is recorded against projects/activities, machinery, driving, waiting time, etc.
