For the seventh year in a row, ProMark is listed as a Representative Vendor in the 2022 Gartner® Market Guide for Workforce Management Applications

We are happy to announce that ProMark (under our previous name Mark Information) has been listed as a Representative Vendor in the 2022 Gartner Market Guide for Workforce Management Applications Report [1]. This Market Guide will help application leaders to identify suitable vendors for Workforce Management solutions. We’re mentioned for our ProMark solution for the seventh consecutive year.

According to Gartner, “By 2023, at least 99% of new WFM application sales will leverage cloud-based deployment models.”

In ProMark, we see a great interest in migrating to the cloud from both existing and new customers. Many companies have moved business-critical systems such as HR and ERP to the cloud, but still need to add functionality such as time & attendance, absence and activity management from a specialized workforce management solution to get optimal support of all business processes and simplify the registration for employees.

Hence, we offer a flexible and secure cloud platform that supports modern companies’ requirements for advanced Workforce Management functionality with certified integration capabilities and intuitive user interfaces.

Also, according to Gartner, “By 2025, 50% of large enterprises with hourly workers and variable demand for labor will use automation to drive workforce scheduling decision.”

Effective – and flexible – employee scheduling is a must when companies want to stay profitable and competitive.

ProMark allows companies to make the optimal plan with less administrative work, taking forecast on the need for manpower, working time regulations, qualifications and employee wishes for working time into account. Through applying artificial intelligence in the planning process, a draft of the optimal plan can now be presented after only few minutes.

This makes it even faster and simpler for the company to ensure the best possible use of the workforce and reduce over- and understaffing as well as overtime payment while ensuring that the right qualifications are present in relation to the tasks to be solved.

Another important focus area for us is being able to deliver a coherent employee experience across business applications. Therefore, we have teamed up with Microsoft to expand the Teams platform with more digital workflows, to offer employees an additional front-end to ProMark. This will contribute to increasing worker effectiveness and productivity even further, while supporting the modern workplace initiatives in many companies.
