Job description

As a Consultant in ProMark you will be part of either the Implementation team who primarily works to implement the ProMark solution with new customers, or the Customer Success Management team (CSM) focusing on supporting our existing customers.

Your task will be to support complex business processes within Workforce Management and act as a business advisor to your customers. Each customer has different wishes and challenges that need to be solved, and together with your colleagues, you will advise and support the customer’s decision makers and superusers to ensure the most optimal setup and function of their ProMark solution. This allows you to build a deep professional knowledge of the product, while at the same time giving you a broad contact surface internally as well as externally.

Your primary tasks and responsibilities will be to:

  • Implement and modernise the customers’ ProMark solution for streamlining their business (implementation)
  • Ensure that their ProMark solution is configured to fulfill the customer’s needs and wishes (implementation)
  • Act as a professional sparring partner in the sales process with future customers (implementation)
  • Become a trusted product specialist who advises and supports customers in how to make the best possible use of the ProMark solution (CSM)
  • Ensure customer success by planning and facilitating onboarding and training sessions (CSM)

Competence and experience

There are many ways to succeed in a position as a consultant with ProMark. The most important thing is that you have a good analytical sense, like to immerse yourself in technical challenges and always have the customer in focus, as supporting and developing the customer’s business processes is a crucial part of your job.

Perhaps you have a background as a consultant, shift planner or controller? Perhaps you have experience from an internal function where you have worked with IT systems, e.g. within ERP, payroll, HR or similar? Perhaps you are a superuser in ProMark or other Workforce Management systems and want to move to the supplier side? Perhaps you have dealt with agreements, time registration or employee scheduling? Or perhaps you have discovered that you love getting to know new IT systems and helping to implement them?

It is important that you communicate effortlessly in English (as well as Danish, Swedish or Norwegian if based in one of these countries), and that you are motivated by working in a structured, efficient and persistent manner with your tasks.

In addition, we are looking for employees with the following personal qualities:

  • You find it easy to build trusting relationships and communicate easily with all types of people
  • You are comfortable using your professional insight and your natural commitment to immerse yourself in systems and engage in dialogue with others about this
  • You are solution-oriented and motivated by creating results for and with your customers, even when you meet resistance on your way
