ProMark is a Danish-owned international IT company with momentum, and we are always on the lookout for consultants to help our customers support their complex business processes to get maximum value of their ProMark solution.
You will be part of an exciting transformation phase where ProMark will be delivered as a complete Software-as-a-Service solution in the cloud. You will work with development of Workforce Management solutions in one of the industry’s most innovative companies with an exciting customer portfolio of large and high-profile international/national companies across most industries.
As a consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring that new as well as existing customers continuously get optimal value from their solution together with your other colleagues in the consulting department. You will have a wide contact surface internally and externally and will advise the customer’s decision-makers, just as you will support the users to ensure the most optimal setup and function of their solution.
Your primary areas of work and responsibility will be:
- Implementation and/or ongoing adjustment of the customers’ ProMark solution to streamline their business
- Dialogue with customers in order to specify wishes for further development in ProMark
- Additional sales to existing customers of both within software, services and hardware
- Professional sparring when selling to future customers
This is an exciting position with versatile tasks, as each customer has different setups, requirements and challenges that need to be solved. It gives you the opportunity to build a deep professional knowledge of Workforce Management solutions and act as a business advisor to your customers.

Required skills and experience
To be successful in this position, we expect you to have experience within IT systems such as ERP solutions, payroll, HR or similar, preferably including experience with collective agreements, time registration or workforce scheduling as well as possibly experience with the implementation of new systems.
Knowledge of ProMark or other Workforce Management systems, integrations, payroll and/or the role as a consultant will be an advantage but is not a requirement. On the other hand, it is necessary that you are good at communicating in English (and either Danish, Norwegian and Swedish if you apply for one of these locations).
It is important that you work in a structured, efficient and persistent way with your tasks and have a strong focus on creating the best possible solutions for and with your customers.

ProMark prioritises a reasonable balance between work life and private life, which ensures a flexible everyday life, including the possibility of working from home two days a week, once you have settled into your work tasks.
The position can be based at our office in the UK, Denmark, Norway or Sweden.
