We are happy to announce that ProMark has been recognized as a representative vendor in the 2023 Gartner Market Guide for Workforce Management Applications [1].
In addition to an analysis of the market and the direction, the guide also lists representative vendors to help application leaders identify suitable vendors. This is the 8th time in a row, we’re mentioned in the Gartner Market Guide for Workforce Management Applications.
According to Gartner, “By 2025, 80% of large enterprises with hourly workers will have invested in WFM to support the employee experience and/or digital workplace initiatives”.

In ProMark, we strongly believe that flexible workforce scheduling is one way of driving an improved employee experience to the hourly-paid workers. To meet market trends and an increasing demand for even more automated scheduling, we have invested massively in recent years in adding artificial intelligence (AI) to our scheduling functionality.
