Transformation of the HCM platform raised the need for a new T&A system.
ProMark has recently signed an agreement with Fibertex Personal Care, a Danish manufacturer of non-woven textiles.
Fibertex Personal Care needed to make a transformation of their HCM platform as their current system for T&A registration is an ERP-integrated solution – and none of the platforms will be supported after 2021.
In addition, they were looking for a more stable and efficient way of registration compared to the existing self-developed terminals. Altogether, this raised the need for a new T&A system as well as a new payroll solution.
Changes in shift work created a lot of manual work and the company wanted an easy and intuitive solution to reduce the administrative time spent on creating overviews. Additionally, the system should support clock-in/clock-out and absence registration, including the possibility to see personal work calendar for the entire current year, overview of shift swapping – and for the managers to approve any deviations. To increase user experience for all stakeholders, the company also wanted a mobile solution.
