A very different year is soon coming to an end … 2020 has, to a large extent, been marked by the COVID-19 pandemic which has affected most of us and changed a lot of things.

Like many other companies, we have taken all the necessary precautions, but have otherwise worked diligently to bring our original plan for the year to life. This means that we have, among other things, been busy:

• Continuing our modernisation of ProMark which you can read more about in our latest article
• Refining our scheduling solution, enabling customers to schedule shifts based on demands and subsequently allocate them to relevant employees
• Developing new ProMark apps in Microsoft AppSource and SAP Store
• Launching hardware as a service which makes it easier for you to begin your modernisation journey
• Besides, we have been listed as a representative vendor in Gartner’s Market Guide for Workforce Management Applications for the fifth year in a row which we are very proud of
