Scania signs cloud agreement with ProMark
13 Sep 2021

The agreement includes modules for time reporting, sickness absence management and scheduling with full mobility and covers 18,000 employees at all Scania’s operations in Sweden.

Scania, a global manufacturer of trucks and buses, has recently signed an agreement with ProMark covering 18,000 employees at all Scania’s operations in Sweden.

The agreement includes modules for time reporting, sickness absence management and scheduling with full mobility and self-service options delivered as a cloud solution. Since integration to other business systems is also an important part of the project, our strong focus on the SAP eco system and having SAP-certified integrations to e.g. SAP SuccessFactors did not go unnoticed during Scania’s vendor selection process.

“We are very happy that Scania chose ProMark and we look forward to creating a modern, flexible – and future-proof – Time & Attendance solution for Scania”

Henrik Trolle, Deputy Head of Sales & Marketing

The implementation started in August 2021 with project planning and site studies, and we expect that all Scania’s employees in Sweden will be using ProMark at the end of 2022.

“ProMark is already working with MAN, which is part of the Volkswagen Group, just like Scania. We can definitely leverage our knowledge and experience based on many years of cooperation with them to create value for Scania,” Henrik says.
