Gartner has just released an updated version of their Market Guide for Workforce Management Applications.
The 2019 version provides summary information on 21 representative vendors, describing the solution functionality and delivery mode, geographic localisation, recent innovation as well as partnerships and integrations. Thus, the guide can be very helpful for companies who need a better understanding of the market and its offerings and help them identify suitable vendors and products.
