Today, we announce that our ProMark 5.23.00 solution is certified by SAP as integrated with cloud solutions from SAP. The integration helps organisations to reduce manual routines in the payroll calculation process and errors in the transfer of data to ensure correct payroll on time.

ProMark enables organisations to collect time & attendance and absence data that are validated against customer-specific setup of collective and company working time agreements, including flexible handling of deviations. This forms the complete payroll basis for all types of employees. Integrated with SAP® SuccessFactors® solutions, ProMark provides companies with a completely optimised business solution – without costly custom development and maintenance.

This certified solution currently supports extracting and sending HR master data from SAP SuccessFactors solutions to ProMark and returning payroll and absence-related data to SAP SuccessFactors solutions – in real time. In this way, ProMark complements the SAP SuccessFactors portfolio and helps companies to manage their employees’ working time and absence in compliance with rules and regulations. This increases efficiency in the payroll preparations and ensures correct payroll on time.

The SAP Integration and Certification Center (SAP ICC) has certified that the interface software for ProMark 5.23.00 integrates with SAP SuccessFactors solutions and SAP ERP using standard integration technologies, or runs as an add-on to a cloud solution from SAP.
