When you join ProMark as our new Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll be integral to driving growth in Sweden, a market central to our growth plans. You’ll be building long-term relationships with some of the country’s most respected companies.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment, where flexibility, resourcefulness, and a hands-on approach are key (we don’t have SDR’s yet for example). Unlike roles in large tech companies with extensive support systems, here you’ll have the opportunity to wear several hats, contribute directly to sales strategies, and play an active part in shaping how we approach new logos. It’s perfect if you’re someone who enjoys building rather than following a set blueprint.

Beyond sales, you’ll help elevate our commercial strategy, introducing a more structured outbound approach and managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. This is your chance to step up as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through decisions that transform their workforce management systems.

You’ll also play a key role in rebuilding our Swedish office. As we emerge from the disruption of COVID, we are encouraging our team to return to the office more often (3 days) and are committed to building a vibrant, collaborative Swedish hub. You’ll help foster this culture, shaping the office into a space where people want to come together to share ideas, work as a team, and drive success.

What you’ll bring to the role

A strong foundation:

  • A growth-oriented, proactive mindset: You thrive in building meaningful relationships and navigating complex enterprise environments with stakeholders from HR to IT, Finance, and Production.

Proven success:

  • At least 5 years of SaaS B2B enterprise software sales experience
  • Strong lead generation and outreach skills, with the ability to proactively create opportunities.

Professionalism & creativity

  • A consultative and customer-first sales approach that ensures you consistently deliver value while building a predictable and confident sales pipeline.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with stakeholders from analysts to the C-suite.
  • Creative problem-solving and adaptability: You’re a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • A positive mindset and integrity: You’re a teammate who supports others, embraces challenges, and stays focused on success.

Languages

  • Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential for success in this role

Interview process

This is a key hire for us, and we want to ensure a great fit for both you and our team. Here’s what to expect:

  • Talent acquisition screening: An initial call with Jo Wilkinson (Fortino Capital) to discuss your background and alignment with the role
  • Manager interview: A conversation with Anders (your direct manager) and Henrik to assess your fit and working style
  • SHL assessment: An intelligence and personality test to understand your strengths and working approach
  • Feedback discussion: A review of your assessment results and deeper exploration of your profile
  • Role-play/case study: A practical exercise on consultative selling and SaaS methodology with Anders and Fortino Investment partners
  • Reference checks: Final validation of your experience with input from your references

Our headoffice is in Denmark, and in addition to the office in Sweden, we also have branches in Norway, UK and Romania. Every year we gather all employees across countries for one or two social events, and in addition, we also prioritise regular local and department/team events.
