As a data processor, ProMark takes data protection very seriously. We protect the data we process and commit ourselves to comply with the requirements in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The state-authorised public accounting firm PwC has now again reviewed and validated our processes and internal controls for 2020.

The assurance report documents that we have established processes and controls in accordance with the data processing agreements made, in order to meet the requirements of the GDPR. The report contains a few remarks of which none have had any real impact on our personal data security in 2020.
