Take the lead in building user-centric features for a mission-critical product

We are strengthening our product organisation and are now seeking a structured and proactive Product Owner to take end-to-end ownership of key solution areas within Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Task Management.

As Product Owner, you will report to the Product Manager and work closely with developers based in Romania, as well as UX/UI designers, technical writers, and stakeholders across sales, marketing, and customer success. Operating in an agile environment, the role will be responsible for translating user and business needs into actionable product development — defining features, maintaining a prioritised backlog, and ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the development cycle.

As we continue our transition from a traditional software vendor into a more user-centric, design-led organisation, you will play a key role in bringing structure and consistency to product practices. This includes supporting a clearer division of responsibilities between Product Managers, Product Owners, UX, and Engineering, and contributing to the long-term evolution of our product operating model. The role comes with significant influence and visibility, offering the opportunity to shape how a mature yet evolving product continues to scale across international markets.

Experienced product owner with a strategic mindset

We expect you to bring a background as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar – ideally within a B2B SaaS, HR tech, or Workforce Management environment.

Additionally, a strong understanding of agile development principles and hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Productboard, or similar is essential. You must be confident in managing a feature from the very idea through discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration.

You bring structure to complexity, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and keep a strong focus on usability and user value. Finally, fluency in English is a prerequisite and Danish or Swedish is strongly preferred.

Personally, you are proactive, pragmatic, and self-driven. You thrive in cross-functional environments and are motivated by the opportunity to create clarity and deliver meaningful product improvements. You do not need deep technical expertise, but curiosity about emerging technologies – including AI – would be most helpful.
