Rick has held senior leadership positions at C3.ai, ServiceNow, and Siebel Systems, where he played a key role in scaling organizations, driving customer success, and leading global consulting teams. His background spans sales, technical services, and full P&L responsibility for professional services businesses, leading teams across Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America with full responsibility for strategy and execution.
His appointment marks another step in our growth strategy, reinforced by Fortino Capital’s investment in the summer of 2024. As we expand from a Nordic leader to a European challenger in Workforce Management solutions, strengthening our consultancy capabilities is a critical success factor.
