ProMark is now ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified

ProMark is now ISO 9001 certified and ISO 27001 recertified, proving that we are committed to maintaining high standards for quality and security.

We are thrilled to announce that ProMark has just been ISO 9001 certified, demonstrating our commitment to provide deliverables of high quality to our customers.

ISO 9001 is an international recognised standard for quality management ensuring that products and services constantly meet the customers’ requirements and expectations through an effective quality management system and standardised processes across the organisation.

In addition, we have also been ISO 27001 recertified, proving that we comply with the highest standards on information security.

ISO 27001 is an internationally recognised standard on how to manage information security. The standard provides companies with a risk-based framework that ensures a structured way of handling information security and data protection. This certification also means that we are well prepared for the coming NIS2 directive from the EU.

What do the certifications mean to our customers?

The certificates are important for several reasons:

  • They demonstrate that we operate with both quality and security mind and have robust and clearly defined processes in place within all our business areas
  • They prove that customer data is protected in the best possible way and that we carry out risk assessment analyses and contingency planning on a regular basis
