COPENHAGEN, 11 DECEMBER 2024 – ProMark, a leading provider of cloud-based workforce management solutions, is pleased to announce that Michael Halbye has today joined as the new Chairman of the Board. He takes over from Morten Schaldemose, who held the role for 3½ years until this summer.
Michael Halbye has extensive international experience from 35 years at McKinsey & Company, where he was the Managing Partner of the EMEA region for several years and a member of the consultancy’s Global Board for 15 years. He has extensive board experience and currently holds several key board positions.
The appointment of Michael Halbye as Chairman of the Board marks an important step in ProMark’s growth strategy, which was founded with the investment from Fortino Capital in the summer of 2024. Fortino Capital, a European investor focused on fast-growing B2B software companies, sees the appointment as a natural part of ProMark’s ambition to expand its market position from Nordic market leader to European challenger.
