Our company is in an exciting transformation phase where our Workforce Management solution is delivered as a full Software-as-a-Service solution in the cloud. You will be working in one of the industry’s most innovative companies which has a long list of large and high-profile international and national customers across most industries.

Job description

We are looking for consultants for our implementation team that works project-based with implementing the ProMark solution with new customers, as well as upgrading existing customers to SaaS/Cloud.

Your task will be to support complex business processes within Workforce Management. Each customer has different wishes and challenges that need to be solved, and together with your colleagues, you will advise and support the customer’s decision-makers and superusers and then configure and test the solution to ensure the most optimal setup and function of their ProMark solution.

Your primary tasks and responsibilities will be to:

  • Implement and modernise the customers’ ProMark solution for streamlining their business, ensuring that their ProMark solution is configured to fulfil the customer’s needs and wishes
  • Configure and test standard integrations between ProMark and the customer’s platforms
  • Collect and structure requirements and information from the customers in a structured manner, challenging them respectfully with solid and elaborate arguments and sticking to scope and tracking any change requests in collaboration with the project manager
  • Act as a professional sparring partner in the sales process with future customers

Competences and experience

There are many ways to succeed in a position as a consultant within ProMark. Most importantly, you must like to immerse yourself in technical challenges, have a good analytical sense and always have the customer in focus, as your ability to support and develop the customer’s business processes is a crucial part of your job.

Perhaps you have a background as an application or implementation consultant? Perhaps you have experience from a technical function working with IT systems such as ERP, payroll, HR or similar? Or perhaps you love getting to know new IT systems and helping to implement them?

It is important that you have a strong technical understanding and communicate effortlessly in English as well as Swedish, and that you are motivated by working in a structured, efficient and persistent manner with your tasks.

In addition, we would like that you:

  • Find it easy to build trust and take pride in communicating clearly and service-mindedly with your customers and colleagues
  • Are motivated by familiarising yourself with the customer’s challenges and finding technical solutions to deal with them
  • Are skilled at presenting products and technical solutions in an easy-to-understand manner, among other things in terms of education and training of customers
  • Work in a structured manner where you ’count back in time’ to ensure that your deliveries are made within the deadline
  • Are solution-oriented and motivated by creating results for and with your customers, even when you meet resistance on your way
