At ProMark, we are expanding globally, and Sweden is a key market in our growth strategy. We’re looking for a seasoned, solution-oriented Enterprise Account Executive to help drive our success by building lasting relationships with some of Sweden’s most respected companies.
Your role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a vital role in modernising workforce management for large enterprises. You’ll own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing – securing new business and delivering measurable value to our clients.
What you will do
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise clients in Sweden
- Drive sales by balancing high-intent inbound leads with strategic outbound prospecting
- Take full ownership of the sales process, demonstrating accountability and independence
- Tailor and refine our value-driven sales approach to resonate with your prospects
- Clearly articulate our differentiated workforce management solutions, positioning ProMark ahead of the competition
What you bring to the role
A strong foundation:
- A growth-oriented, proactive mindset: You thrive in building meaningful relationships and navigating complex enterprise environments with stakeholders across People & Culture, IT, Finance, and Production
Proven success:
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS B2B enterprise sales
- Strong lead generation and outreach skills, leveraging modern tools and strategies to create opportunities
Professionalism & creativity:
- A consultative, customer-first approach, ensuring you deliver value while building a predictable, high-quality sales pipeline
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, connecting with stakeholders from technical architects to C-level executives
- A self-starter mindset, able to adapt, problem-solve, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A team-oriented attitude with integrity, resilience, and a passion for success
- Languages: Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential
