Job description

As Project Manager, you will work closely together with consultants across the Nordics and UK, and make sure project deliverables and plans are up to date, and projects on track.

You will be part of a growing international organisation and have close cooperation both internally as well as with our customers who are some of the largest and most well-known brands from different industries in the Nordics and the UK with one thing in common; they want growth as well as streamlined and simplified workflows through IT solutions.

Your primary areas of work and responsibility will be:

  • To ensure the delivery of high-quality customer projects in close collaboration with the consultants
  • To support our consultants in day-to-day project management
  • To ensure internal alignment across our consultancy and IT division
  • Ongoing communication with our customers to align expectations and reach project milestones

Required skills and experience

We expect that you have at least 3 years of experience within IT project management and are certified within one or more agile frameworks. Ideally, you have a higher education at bachelor’s or master’s level, but relevant experience and your personality is more important.

You must have a very structured way of working, focus on high quality, and enjoy the challenges of managing day-to-day IT projects. Making a difference is important to you and you have a track record of delivering projects at agreed time, within budget and scope, to provide real business value for the customer.

You are used to observe, listen, and guide your teams in reaching the milestones and you have a flair for leading the way through communication, strong project management and coordination skills, while enjoying hands-on work in the projects.

Furthermore, you are expected to:

  • Have experience with Agile Project Management, including good working knowledge with various development and project frameworks like SCRUM and PRINCE2
  • Have experience working with project teams across borders
  • Be a skilled communicator in both Danish and English
  • Be used to work with Microsoft Office and Teams, preferably also experience with agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or similar

Finally, you are a role model in regard to following processes and procedures but at the same time you are able to adjust and have a pragmatic approach when necessary.
