Drive service excellence and lead the transition to world-class SaaS operations
We are strengthening our product and technology organisation and are now seeking a proactive and structured Technical Operations Manager to take end-to-end ownership of service delivery, technical stability, and operational readiness across our Workforce Management solutions.
Reporting directly to our CTO, you will lead a distributed team of six Operations Engineers (including a team lead) and work in close collaboration with DevOps, development, support, and customer-facing teams across Denmark, Romania, and other locations. This is a critical leadership role with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities – focused on driving consistent, high-quality technical operations across both SaaS and on-premises environments.
As we accelerate our transition to a modern SaaS setup, the Technical Operations Manager will play a key role in professionalising how services are delivered, changes are rolled out, and standards are enforced. From establishing operational procedures and ITIL-aligned practices to ensuring SLA compliance and driving root cause analysis, the role will support our mission to deliver reliable, scalable, and customer-centric solutions.
Experienced IT operations leader with SaaS mindset and calm authority
You bring a solid experience in IT operations or service delivery, including at least two years in a leadership capacity – ideally within an international SaaS or IT services environment.
You are confident operating across hybrid infrastructures and modern cloud environments (e.g. Azure, Kubernetes, container-based deployments) and are well-versed in structured service delivery processes, including incident and change management.
A strong grasp of ITIL principles and ISO 27001-aligned practices is essential. What sets you apart is your ability to lead with structure, clarity, and composure. Finally, fluency in English is a prerequisite and Danish or Swedish is strongly preferred.
You thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate effectively across technical and business audiences, and take pride in fostering a high-performance, service-oriented culture. You are proactive, collaborative, and eager to improve status quo – balancing long-term scalability with short-term responsiveness.
