We are looking for a new Operations Engineer to join our IT Operations team, who will primarily focus on supporting customers with network terminals.

Job description

As we are growing, we are looking for a new Operations Engineer to join our IT Operations team. You will be part of a small team of 4, for whom collaboration, customer focus and good humor are important ingredients of the workday. You will work at our headquarters in Kgs. Lyngby, which is close to both public transport and the highway exit.

ProMark provides both SaaS and HaaS to our customers, and in this role, you will primarily focus on supporting customers with network terminals.

As Operations Engineer, your primary areas of work and responsibility will be:

  • Providing technical support to customers and co-workers
  • Troubleshooting and resolving software and especially hardware issues
  • Ensuring seamless operation and functionality of customers’ network terminal systems
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address complex technical challenges
  • Knowledge sharing and documentation of all the above

Required skills and experience

To become successful in this role, we expect you to have:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support or operations engineering roles
  • Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
  • Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues in terminal systems
  • Familiarity of agile methodology (e.g. Scrum or Kanban) is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
