ProMark is looking for an experienced Technical Supporter to join our IT Operations team

ProMark is a digital platform that supports some of the largest and most well-known brands in the world maximising their employee engagement, productivity, and profitability. We have 85+ employees and are headquartered in Denmark with subsidiaries in Sweden, Norway, UK, and Romania

You will be part of a small team of 4, for whom customer focus, collaboration, and good humor are important ingredients of the workday. You will work at our headquarters in Kgs. Lyngby, close to both public transport and the highway exit.

Job description

As a Technical Supporter, your primary areas of work and responsibility will be:

  • Communicating and providing technical support to customers and co-workers
  • Administering and maintaining Windows-based network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches
  • Troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues
  • Managing Windows user accounts, permissions, and access controls
  • Ensuring the security and integrity of IT systems, including implementing security policies and procedures
  • Performing regular system updates, patches, and backups
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address complex technical challenges
  • Knowledge sharing and documentation of all the above

Required skills and experience

To become successful in this role, you must have excellent problem-solving skills, a detail-oriented approach to your work, and a proven ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Furthermore, we expect you to have the following professional qualifications

  • Proficiency in Danish and English, both spoken and written
  • 5+ years of relevant experience within IT administration or technical support roles
  • Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
  • Extensive experience with Windows administration and security
  • Knowledge of MS Defender and MS Intune
  • Familiarity with agile methodology (e.g. Scrum or Kanban)
